Welcome to my website!  Tennessee Hiker is a site dedicated to hiking and backpacking in the great state of Tennessee. 

Biography explains my background and how I became the avid hiking enthusiast that I am today. 

The Adventures section includes 18 trail adventures from my hiking experiences over the past 20+ years.  Included with each adventure is a description and location of the trail(s) involved.  Also included is a bio of each partner mentioned in the adventures as well as a picture of most of them.

Areas with Hiking Trails includes descriptions of most areas in Tennessee containing hiking trails including the various state parks, recreation areas, and other areas hiked and backpacked. 

Resources and Links include recommended books, backcountry stores, checklists, hiking clubs, and miscellaneous related links to make the most out of hiking the Tennessee area.
